ELDERS DIVERSIFIED FORESTRY PROJECT 2010 - DOWNLOAD AGREEMENT

Please note: The following information must be read and an agreement submitted (see below) before the Product Disclosure Statement can be downloaded from this website.

It is important that you read the information on this web page before you proceed to view or download the product disclosure statement ("the PDS") and Application Form.

The PDS for the Elders Diversified Forestry Project 2010 was issued on 24 March 2010. An electronic version of the product disclosure statement for the Projects is available from this site.

The offer of interests in the Project is made in the PDS. To apply for the interests, please complete the application form that is in, or accompanies the PDS. The provider will only issue interests in the Projects when a properly completed application form is received. In order to accept an application form that has been downloaded from this site, Elders must issue an application number for such form. Please telephone Elders Invester Services on 1800 999 190 to request an application number.

The PDS is an important document, which should be read in its entirety before you apply for interests in the Project. If you do not understand the product disclosure statement you should consult your professional advisor.

The offer of interests under the PDS is made in Australia and is made only to persons receiving the electronic PDS within Australia.

Applications pursuant to the electronic PDS can be made by printing and completing the application form contained in the electronic PDS and lodging the form and initial contribution in accordance with the details set out in the application form.

If you prefer, you can request and complete a paper application form, which is contained in the paper PDS. This will be provided free of charge by contacting Elders Forestry Management Ltd on telephone 1800 999 190 or writing to Level One, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121.

Any person who gives another person access to the Application Form must at the same time give the other person access to the PDS, and any supplementary documents that may be issued from time to time.

Viewing, downloading and printing the PDS

The PDS is 64 pages long, including the covers and application form.

Do not complete the application form if you have not read and received all 64 pages, or you cannot read any text or graphical information in the PDS. If you have any difficulties in reading, viewing, downloading or printing the electronic PDS you should request a free paper copy before applying for interests in the Project.

Subject to any relevant statutory or common law provisions, Elders is not liable for any loss or damage incurred from accessing or relying on this site, including but not limited to data corruption when viewing, downloading or printing an electronic version of the PDS.

I agree to being given the PDS by it being made available to me on this site in the electronic version that also contains the electronic Application Form.
